When you send the form, we keep what you typed: your first name, your email, your LinkedIn link, your answers, and when you sent it. When you book, Calendly keeps the booking. That’s it.
Heather, and nobody else. We don’t sell it, share it, or use it for anything other than talking to you.
The form runs on Cloudflare, bookings on Calendly, and the spam check on Cloudflare Turnstile. Each holds only what it needs to do its job.
Your situation, in your words, is what we want. Your employer’s documents are not: no leveling guides, comp bands, or internal material, here or in the program. Keep their confidential things where they are, and bring your own.
